Where does your therapy go from here?

Do you feel anxious, isolated, misunderstood, or powerless in your life? Do you have a deep longing to feel connected to who you truly are inside? Are you the outsider looking in with guilt and shame? Many of us may feel this debilitating divide.

Your journey inward may not hold a clear beginning, middle or an end. It could be an ever-evolving rediscovery of the many parts we have, each one yearning to connect with that one authentic self who calls to you with self-compassion, integrity, nurturing, and the enlivening of your inner wisdom.

Through empathetic listening, collaboration, and safe containment, the work we will do together will create a profound shift in mind and body. Come join me in this wondrous process where we will gently explore, expand, and find new joy in meaningful discoveries.

A special welcome to LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients. I have a deeply-rooted passion for working with individuals, couples, and families from both LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

"It may be that when we no longer know what to do, we have come to our real work, and when we no longer know which way to go, we have begun our real journey."

– Wendell Berry
